Dawn Chorus

A spring without birdsong would not be spring.

One of the wildlife events of the year that we look forward to most of all is the early morning dawn chorus. The delight of standing in a woodland glade with eyes shut, trying to identify each bird call as they begin their early morning rendition, never seems to dull.

Reliant solely on ones hearing the songs sound even more striking and lyrical.
